About Pokémon Sun and Moon
Pokémon Sun and Moon released in November 2016 for Nintendo 3DS and introduced the Hawaii-inspired Alola region. Split across the four island Pokédexes, Melemele, Akala, Ula'ula and Poni, the original Alola roster covers 285 species including Alolan regional variants of Raichu, Vulpix, Marowak, Sandslash and others, plus box legendaries Solgaleo and Lunala. Sun and Moon replaced traditional Gyms with Island Trials and introduced Z-Moves. Browse the full Alola lineup below in any of the nine supported languages, filter by type, and click any Pokémon for its localised names.
